Edward Jones is a financial investment firm that has topped the Fortune 500 list for the past 11 years. As a Sr. UX Researcher, I work on multiple agile product teams in the Banking & Asset Movement Center, which focuses on providing updated branch-facing services to improve both branch and client experiences regarding daily money movements. I conduct mostly qualitative (and some quantitative) research - both discovery and evaluative, mostly via in-depth interviews, focus groups, A/B testing, and usability testing.
